DraftTime is committed to protecting the privacy of athletes, parents, coaches, and organizations who use our platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect account information (name, email, phone), athlete profiles you create (name, date of birth, sport, school, medical notes you choose to store), registration and payment data, and usage analytics. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment partner Stripe and never stored on DraftTime servers.
We use your data to run evaluations, manage registrations and events, process payments, send scheduling and result notifications, and improve our platform. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
We share data only with the organizations and events you register with, with trainers you book, and with service providers who help us operate (such as Stripe and our email provider). All partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support. We retain records only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you may opt out of non-essential communications from your Settings page at any time.
DraftTime is used by youth athletes. Parent or guardian consent is required for athletes under 18. Parents control what athlete information is shared with organizations and can remove it at any time.
