These Terms govern your use of DraftTime. By creating an account or registering for an event, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering athletes for events.
You agree not to misuse the platform, upload inaccurate athlete data, interfere with evaluations, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of evaluation results they publish.
Event registration and trainer booking fees are charged at the time of booking. Refunds are governed by the specific event or trainer's published refund policy. Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
DraftTime evaluations and rankings are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee placement, scholarships, or athletic outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties based on evaluation data.
DraftTime is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftTime is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
